Just a friendly reminder that we are hosting 4th degree BJJ black belt Roy Harris for a weekend seminar on Saturday March 6th and Sunday March 7th, 2010.

Saturday - The Path the Blue Belt (tentative, might change, give me input!)
Sunday - Introduction to Leglocks!
Cost:
Only $125 for at least 6 hours of training!
